Refund policy

We want you to love your Kafwe Kreations purchase. If something isn't right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.
- Fabric must be returned uncut, unwashed, and in the same length you received.
- Please include your order number with the return.

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Items not returned in their original condition may be refused or sent back to you.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
